Very bright so it can be seen from a good distance. The fact that the word ‘SPACE’ is bigger than the rest of the writing really knows people to see it from a distance and keep their dogs away. Easy to wash and very good quality and also perfect for warmer weather when it’s too hot for a harness or vest. Only downside is that the lead I use is quite long so I normally wrap it around my hand but I can’t do that if the sleeve is on as people won’t be able to see it. I have been attaching it to the part of the lead nearest the clip and that works better for me. Great product and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

I love this as it's easy to attach, would probably stay in place better if I wasn't using a training lead but I love this product!!!
Was a little disappointed the big size bandana isn't a toggle fastener as it just doesn't sit right on neck so the toggle one is a better idea.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, perfect for my Frenchie who doesn't like big dogs running up to her.

I have a lurcher and ordered the size for the greyhound which fits perfectly. Good strong material as well.
It's just a shame that dogs cannot read! Their owners have to get pretty close to read it too, but the yellow flash sometimes alerts more aware owners.We will persist in using it, thank you.
The item works well. It is not so easy to use with a extendable lead but we have managed to secure it to the clip. Could possibly do with a shorter attachment piece as it came high up the lead and the dog kept trying to bite it off. Otherwise people have noticed it and it has been a deterrent
I am very pleased with this product, we passed someone in the street just after I left the house the first time I used it. The person read it out loud and obviously got the message from the reaction and tone of voice. We had previously used the Yellow Dog " I need space" one which people didn't always seem to notice or take notice of for some reason. I feel that as my dog has snapped at a couple of elderly gentlemen in the street recently that the Neon dog lead cover helps to keep people and Benjie safe.

Great item washes well and fits nicely. Jacket helps to get the message across to other dog owners. My dog can be anxious when dogs invade her space this item is certainly helping to keep her calm and me more relaxed. It's a shame she needs to wear it but following on from an attack by another dog has resulted in her anxiety.
We bought this coat for our pointer as she doesn’t like to be approached by strangers. She can react aggressively out of fear if startled. The coat was ideal. The print is very bold & clear. It’s easy to get on & off. People gave her a wide birth which is just what we wanted. She remained calm & settled. A couple of people approached but didn’t try to stroke her, instead asking where we had bought the coat from. Recommended.
I was recommended by my dogs behaviouralist to get one of these for my staffy x rescue she has an issue with men and we are working to put this right. Not only do people now keep their distance but I have had people stop me in the street and ask why she is wearing it and when I tell them her story they understand and it is starting to do away with the stereotype of her breed and people actually want to help not judge so pleased I got it
Good vest to communicate to others to keep their dogs away from a distance thanks to the clear visual cross. Not always obeyed but that's not the product's fault. Fit my dog length and girth wise but was baggy around the shoulders. Also if you have a lean, long dog maybe get a size up.
Good product and clear in its intent. Usually effective , except for illiterate , stupid so-called doggy people. Can't blame the product, delighted with that! Thank you!

Only used twice so far, seems to make a good impact on other dog walkers. Fits well over heavy winter clothing as well.

Love this vest. I am less worried about my dog when we are out because people can see she barking out of nervousness and that she is not vicious.

Good product but I wish you could make one the same as the lead slip e.g. I May look friendly but I may bite .as I have a large dog and it would stand out better..

We have a rescue dog who is not keen on some dogs, this gives us chance to request that people keep their dogs at a distance.

Brilliant product, the fluorescent yellow really draws attention to the jacket and the red circle with a cross through can definitely be seen at a distance. The only suggestion I would make is that a little slit could be made in the material about 1/4 of the way down so that it is easier to attach a lead for a dog who wears a harness.
Love it. Makes people give my dog space as he was badly abused and hates other dogs. Best thing for giving people a warning. Recommend this to anyone who has a dog that needs space from other dogs.

'Space needed' coat
Used for a post operative Jack Russel - he loves it, it stops other owners allowing their dogs to be too 'friendly' and he gets lots of fuss in a controlled way - however , he now has an over- inflated ego!
Good buy , not been able to find a coat to fit my dobie until now. No chance of anyone saying they did'nt see the signs !
I have tried to review the Space Needed Vest. My dog has been attacked twice, therefore now he barks at dogs who try to smell his bum or come to near. Now owners are aware of his vest & attempt to keep their dogs away from mine. Win Win.

I foster for a charity and purchased this because the dog had not been socialized and was nervous. It was helpful and went with him to his new home. Wording is quite small may be just "nervous dog" or "nervous of dogs" but was good and stayed in place and didn't make the dog hot even in the heat.
