  • How can I change something in my order?

    • If you need to change something on your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 1-12 hours, once we have processed your order we will be unable to make any changes. Contact us here  
  • How can I pay for my order?

    Our preferred method of payment is PayPal as it allows you to send money instantly so we can process your order and ship your product immediately. You can also use your credit/debit cards via PayPal as a guest user so you don't have to sign up or register an account with PayPal.

  • Can I track my order?

    If you selected signed for post when placing your order in the check out then you will have a tracking number. If you selected normal 1st, 2nd or Airmail post there are no tracking numbers and allow up to 20 working days for delivery. 

  • Can I return an item?

    Yes we accept return up to 30 days of unused goods. All returns must be returned with all packing undamaged. 

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged and delivery can be expected within 20 working days. Please see our delivery page for more information here  

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. Having an account provides easier checkout on future orders as you wont need to fill out delivery information each time, you'll also have the ability to see past orders.  

  • I have forgotten my password?

    If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one here
