FAQ

Do your coats have harness access holes?

Unfortunately not, many manufactures put the D loop in various places therefore we can't ensure a harness hole would align anyway so we don't have harness holes on our coats.

Do you offer personalisation?

Yes we do, just send us the personalised text you require and the product your looking for and we'll let you know if it's possible, we don't charge extra for personalisation the price will be the same as on the web.

I've ordered the incorrect size how do I return for a refund/exchange?

An exchange or refund is no problem, just send the product back with the original invoice and write on the invoice the size you require for an exchange, if no size is stated we will assume a refund and refund your return. Ensure the return is in the same condition as received.

I bought a product off you in the past or at a trade show but can't find it on your website, please help...

It's likely we haven't yet listed it on our website, just let us know what it was and we'll look into it.
