International Shipping, Customs & Refused Deliveries

1. Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

For orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), administrative charges, or customs fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

All import duties, taxes, clearance fees, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost calculated at checkout. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

2. Refused Deliveries and Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer upon delivery, or if a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package from a local carrier pickup point:

  • Return Shipping & Courier Fees: The customer will be held liable for all return shipping costs, return processing charges, and any unpaid customs fees charged to us by the carrier to return the parcel to our facility.

  • Deductions from Refund: These fees will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

  • Non-Returnable Shipping: In cases where return shipping fees and carrier handling charges equal or exceed the total order value, the package may be abandoned by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.
