Royal Mail 1st Class

Fast and efficient delivery across the UK. Typically delivered within 1–3 business days after posting, including Saturdays.

*Please note: These delivery times are Royal Mail targets rather than guarantees. Royal Mail allows up to a 10-working-day delivery window and items may occasionally arrive outside estimated times. Thankfully, 99% of parcels arrive well within this timeframe.

Royal Mail 2nd Class

3 - 5 Days*

An economical option if your order is not urgent. Typically delivered within 3–5 business days after posting.

Air Mail Europe

Under severe weather conditions (e.g. snow, floods, severe storms) or peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas and public holidays), delivery times may be extended. Royal Mail does not class an item of post as lost until 10 days have passed to allow the network to resolve delays. If your order has not arrived within 1–5 working days, please allow up to 10 days before contacting us, as it is likely still in transit.

🌍 International Shipping, Customs & Refused Deliveries

1. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import duties, local Value-Added Tax (VAT), administrative charges, or customs clearance fees levied upon arrival.

Note: All import duties, clearance fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our purchase price or shipping charges at checkout.

2. Refused Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, an incorrect delivery address, or failure to collect the parcel from a local carrier pickup point:

  • Return Shipping & Handling Fees: The customer is liable for all return shipping charges, handling costs, and unpaid customs fees incurred by returning the parcel to our facility.
  • Refund Deductions: These fees will be automatically deducted from your product refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • Abandoned Parcels: If return charges equal or exceed the total value of the items, the parcel may be abandoned by the courier, and no refund can be issued.

PayPal & Card Payments via Stripe

PayPal accounts or you can also securely pay with credit/debit cards via PayPal as a guest user without creating an account.

Stripe is the preferred method of payment as it processes card payments instantly on the checkout page

Cheques Not Accepted

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques. We consider cheques an outdated payment method for modern e-commerce shopping.
