Brilliant product; brilliant customer service

My dog is deaf and almost blind. I couldn't find anything that appropriate for her two problems on the NeonDog website, so I emailed the company to ask them to email me if ever they started making products for dogs with both hearing and vision problems. They responded the same day to say they would add products of this type to the website, and then let me know. The products were on the website within one day and I was able to order exactly what I needed for my dog. Utterly brilliant service and customer-responsiveness. And the products themselves are brilliant too! Very happy customer.
